Thai Yoga Pain Management
Learn the easy and natural way to fight pain like Lower Back Pain, Knee pain or wrist pain. Whether you are looking to understand your pain and beat it or help family or friends this course can teach you the secrets of pain management distilled from Thai Massage and Yoga.
This two-hour course can help you fix common pain patterns that arise from occupational and postural issues. Using an intuitive mobile app Painalog you will learn to identify the muscles that are the cause of your pain. Based on the analysis from the app you will be taught how to self-massage the specific muscle with techniques adapted from the ancient wisdom of Thai massage. After self-releasing the muscle you will then learn how to stretch the muscle to keep the pain away.
The techniques in this course can be used for both self-care and to help family, friends and even clients stay pain-free.

Detailed workshop content
To use the Painalog Mobile App for Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructors to analyze your or your client’s restrictions and pain patterns to identify dysfunctional/ shortened muscles that are causing pain or restriction of movement.
You will learn how to locate the blockages(trigger point) on those dysfunctional muscles.
You will learn how to release and achieve muscle length on the muscle.
Finally, you will learn how to execute targetted stretches that will keep the pain away.
